All product prices on Coolviraltech are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but once your order is placed, the price at the time of purchase is guaranteed.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you may initiate a return once you receive the product, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to orders based on the destination address. The applicable sales tax rate is calculated and displayed at checkout. Sales tax is collected in accordance with the state and local tax laws in the United States.

8. Backordered Items

If you place an order for an item that is on backorder, we will notify you via email with the estimated shipping date. You will have the option to either:

  • Cancel the order: If you prefer not to wait, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.

9. Gift Cards

We offer gift cards for purchase, which can be redeemed for products on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you lose your gift card, we cannot issue a replacement.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, after which they will expire.
