We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, whether you need your products delivered quickly or prefer a more economical option. The available shipping methods and costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on your order details and delivery location.

Expedited Shipping: Takes 2–3 business days to arrive. If you need your order sooner, this option provides faster processing and delivery.

Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer overnight shipping, which guarantees next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM (EST).

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Shipping fees will be waived during checkout.
Please note that shipping costs for international orders are calculated separately. Contact our customer service team for detailed international shipping information.
2. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Order Confirmation: After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order number and details.
- Processing Delays: In cases of high demand or during holidays, please be aware that processing times may take longer. We will notify you if any delays are expected.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the carrier for delivery. Here are the estimated delivery times:

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (next-day delivery)
Please note that these delivery estimates apply to orders within the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote areas, delivery times may vary.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to track your package’s progress and get real-time updates on its delivery status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order to avoid any shipping delays.

6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing (for international shipments).

Missing Packages: If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged Items: If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items to assist in the claim process. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
8. Order Cancellations and Changes
Once an order has been placed, we process it quickly to ensure prompt delivery. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order:

9. Delivery to Multiple Addresses
If you would like to ship items to different addresses, we suggest placing separate orders for each address. We currently do not support shipping multiple items to different addresses in a single order.
